The only person who inspires a positive cruisitude more than me is Dondra Ritzenhaler from Celebrity Cruises. She is ebullient, energetic and electrifying.

The theme of her presentation was attitude (or in today's case cruisitude!) and believing in what you do. And, most importantly, never giving up. You have to be driven and remind yourself what drives you. Everyday.

The four pillars of her drive are: believe, inspiration, purpose and attitude.

Believe in not only what you are doing, but that you can do it. And to drive the point home showed the very poignant scene from The Pursuit of Happyness. (If you've never seen this, check it out today. Very motivational!)

Travel professionals are in the business of inspiration and sell it everyday. What is more inspiring for anyone than going on vacation? Plus, you should take the time to celebrate all your victories, big and small alike.

Whatever your purpose be passionate about it. This is the secret combination to success. Find your purpose in this life. You will not only enjoy yourself but will finish strong!

Attitude is everything. It is the only thing in life you can control. Be positive each and everyday.

Seeing Dondra present this information makes reading it pale in comparison. From her running entrance, her kicky dance steps to her southern drawl and glorious smile, Dondra is inspiration personified.
