1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer. Eligible voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor, plus an “Instant Savings” in varying amounts depending on the voyage length and cabin category; see the “Instant Savings” section below. 1.1 Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide each Sailor in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins) a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fare. For example, when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin, both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will each receive a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fares. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their voyage fare. 1.2 Instant Savings. Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.2) a pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. This pre-set amount will be divided between the total number of sailors within the booking. Eligible Voyages - Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 and section 3.2) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 29 August 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 30 October 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages. 3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 3.1. Eligible Cabins for Percentage Off offer in section 1.1: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”70% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. Fort-de-France offers a variety of historical monuments, museums, parks and gardens, as well as fine French and Creole dining opportunities and duty-free shopping. Stalls offer a variety of local handicrafts. Around the square are small hotels, restaurants and bars; on the west it is bordered by the business quarter with lively shopping streets.

Place de la Savane - This is the main square in downtown Fort-de-France. It makes a good starting point to explore the town, enjoy a shady spot for a rest, or browse in the souvenir stalls.
Saint Louis Fort - Located at the south end of Place de la Savane, the fort dominates the harbor. It is still used as a military base.
Schoelcher Library - The stunning building stands at the northwest corner of La Savane. Named after the Alsatian-born French minister who fought for the abolition of slavery, the library was pre-fabricated in Paris in 1889 and then assembled in Martinique.
Statue of Josephine - Located in the northwest corner of La Savane is a marble statue of Josephine Beauharnais, Napoleon’s first wife, who was born in Martinique.
Musée Départemental de la Martinique - Located on the west side of Place de la Savane, this museum offers interesting exhibits depicting the history and customs of the island.
Saint Louis Cathedral - The cathedral has beautiful stained-glass windows; it is the resting place of several former governors.
La Pagérie - Once the estate where Josephine Beauharnais was born, it now houses a small museum.

Dutch settlers came here in the 1630s, about the same time they sailed through the Verazzano Narrows to Manhattan, bringing with them original red-tile roofs, first used on the trade ships as ballast and later incorporated into the architecture of Willemstad. Much of the original colonial structures remain, but this historic city is constantly reinventing itself and the government monument foundation is always busy restoring buildings in one urban neighborhood or another. The salty air causes what is called "wall cancer" which causes the ancient abodes to continually crumble over time. The city is cut in two by Santa Anna Bay. On one side is Punda (the point)—crammed with shops, restaurants, monuments, and markets and a new museum retracing its colorful history. And on the other side is Otrobanda (literally meaning the "other side"), with lots of narrow, winding streets and alleyways (called "steekjes" in Dutch), full of private homes notable for their picturesque gables and Dutch-influenced designs. In recent years the ongoing regeneration of Otrobanda has been apparent, marked by a surge in development of new hotels, restaurants, and shops; the rebirth, concentrated near the waterfront, was spearheaded by the creation of the elaborate Kura Hulanda complex.There are three ways to cross the bay: by car over the Juliana Bridge; by foot over the Queen Emma pontoon bridge (locally called "The Swinging Old Lady"); or by free ferry, which runs when the pontoon bridge is swung open for passing ships. All the major hotels outside town offer free shuttle service to town once or twice daily. Shuttles coming from the Otrobanda side leave you at Riffort. From here it's a short walk north to the foot of the pontoon bridge. Shuttles coming from the Punda side leave you near the main entrance to Ft. Amsterdam.
