The sheer scope of the ship can take the breath away. She is more reminiscent of a floating city: spread over 14 passenger decks, and catering for more than 3,500 guests, it can be easy to forget that she is, ultimately?, a ship. Her size is reflected by her onboard amenities: guests will find five restaurants waiting for them, alongside two self-service buffets, and 21 bars. Entertainment? is an equally important part of life on the ship, as she houses four swimming pools, dedicated children's areas, and even a F1 simulator. Younger passengers? and families will no doubt find themselves right at home aboard.

About Marseille
Founded nearly 26 centuries ago, Marseilles is the oldest city in France, a mosaic of old and new with a dozen villages and eight islands, each offering a world of enchanting discoveries. At nearby Avignon, visit the magmificient Palace of the Popes and the hilltop Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde. Explore ruins of 13th century Palais Longchamps and colorful "Old Harbour" where you can browse open-air markets.
Marseille Attractions
For the best view of the city, there's only one place to go: Notre Dame de la Garde. Entirely covered in gold leaf, it towers over Marseille at an impressive 500 feet tall (154 meters.) Throughout the years, it has served as a lookout post, a military zone and a place of worship.
Marseille Activities
Stroll around the Old Port, or Vieux Port as the locals say, which was once known as the gateway to the Mediterranean. Here you'll find the popular theatre, Théâtre National de la Criée, as well as many cafés and restaurants lining the streets.
See the amazing history of the city - 26 centuries worth - at Musée d'Histoire de Marseille.
Walk through Cours Julien, a pedestrian square with a beautiful water garden and fountain, as well as trendy shops, cafés and theatres.

Located in the beautiful southern Catalonia region of Spain is Tarragona, where a rich cultural and artistic heritage is celebrated. There are eight active pottery centers in Tarragona, as well as other traditional Spanish arts and crafts such as lace-making, wrought iron works, glass blowing, and wood carving.
Stylish and friendly Valencia is together with Barcelona the most important city on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. While the original founding goes back to Roman times, it was the Moors who arrived in 709 AD and made Valencia prosper, thanks to a booming trade in paper, silk, leather, ceramics, glass and silver work. After Almanzor's death, the area was conquered by the legendary "El Cid" during the Christian re-conquest of Spain. Not much is left from the Roman period, but the architectural legacy of the Moors is abundant and can be seen in the remains of the old walls, the Almirante bath house and the tower, el Miguelete, which was the minaret of the old mosque.
Valencia Activities
Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas - This baroque palace is on the Calle del Poeta Querol. Extensively rebuilt during the 18th-century, it is fronted by an extravagant façade, hand carved in alabaster.
Torres de Serranos - This well-preserved 14th-century tower was part of the original walls that surrounded the old city.
Beaches - The main city beach is Playa de la Malvarrosa. It is not the most pristine beach in Spain and is lined with restaurants, bars and discos. About 5 miles south of the city is Playa El Salér, which is backed by attractive public gardens.
The birthplace of the artist Modigliani, this is Tuscanys principal port, just a short jaunt from the artistic treasures of Florence. As you wander the streets and piazzas of this famous city you will encounter countless treasrues of Renaissance art and architecture.
Livorno (Florence,Pisa) Attractions
When you're in the area, you'll definitely want to explore Florence, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Start by visiting the church of Santa Croce, known as Italy's Westminster Abbey because of the Italian monarchy buried there. View the 14th-century interior and marvel at one of the finest examples of Florentine Gothic decoration. Stop at the Piazza del Duomo in Florence, where the cathedral, bell tower and baptistery share the same square. Then stop in the Piazza della Signoria, the city's largest square, and gaze upon a copy of Michelangelo's David and the Loggia dei Lanzi.
Livorno (Florence,Pisa) Activities
Shop for souvenirs at the famed Ponte Vecchio in Florence. Explore the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, home to works by Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael and Rubens. Visit the Field of Miracles in Pisa, and discover one of the world's most amazing sights - the Campanile, or Leaning Tower. Learn the fascinating details about this famous bell tower, such as how it leans a bit more every year and has now reached over 14 feet out of perpendicular. Take a scenic drive through the Tuscan countryside, enjoying its soft, rounded hills, the medieval architecture of its villages and the silver green of the olive trees mingling with the dark-green of the cypress trees. Stop in a local winery to sample some of its delicious product.
For centuries the ancient port of Civitavecchia has served as the gateway to magnificent Rome. Its a city so immersed in history, you'll find yourself drifiting back to a distant time. For centuries, Genoa has been a major commercial seaport. Today, it is one of Italy's largest cities. Genoa is located in northwestern Italy, in the inner harbor of the Gulf of Genoa. This city was once home to Christopher Columbus and world-renowned violinist Niccolò Paganini. Within the city's medieval walls you can wander the caruggi (alleys) where the wealthy Genovese lived and guilds set up shop. The alleys are still home to specialty shops, Baroque and Romanesque churches and 500-year-old apartment buildings.
Genoa Attractions
Take a deep breath and immerse yourself in the underwater world at the Aquarium of Genoa. This is the largest aquarium in Europe, featuring sharks, dolphins, penguins, seals, sea turtles, jellyfish, giant Japanese spidercrabs, and more. Discover new ecosystems such as the flooded forest, the mangroves, the Madagascar reef and the Moluccan Islands. Adventurers of all ages will be swept away!
Genoa Activities
Piazza de Ferrari - This site of bustling activity is Genoa's town center, dominated by an impressive fountain.
Via Garibaldi - Genoa's leading families built their residences along this street from the mid-1500s onward to escape the cramped conditions of the medieval section. Most of these mansions have been converted to museums housing some of the finest art collections in the country. The 16th-century Palazzo Municipale contains manuscripts by Christopher Columbus.
Piazza Matteotti - This square features important buildings such as the former Doge's Palace, known for its frescoes by Carlone and Tiepolo, and the Gothic San Mateo Church with a crypt containing the tomb of navy admiral Andrea Doria.
Caruggi District - Caruggi, as the winding, picturesque alleys are called, make up the heart of historic Genoa. In this warren of narrow, cobbled streets, extending north from Piazza Caricamento, one finds the city's oldest churches, 500-year-old apartment blocks and tiny shops selling antique furniture. (Not to be explored by night!)
San Donato Church - Located on Piazza San Donato, this small Romanesque church houses a beautiful 16th-century triptych with the Adoration of the Magi by Jan van Cleve.
