Statue of Josephine - Located in the northwest corner of La Savane is a marble statue of Josephine Beauharnais, Napoleon’s first wife, who was born in Martinique.

Great Harbour is the main anchorage on Jost Van Dyke and the center for nightlife on this beautiful island. The holding for anchors in Great Harbour can be tricky and now there are some mooring balls to make life easier. Great Harbour has the island’s police station and customs and immigration office. It’s “main road” is just a sandy strip. A small beach, dotted with dinghy docks, runs the length of the bay.
Punta Cana is a beautiful, unspoiled island paradise with miles of clean white sand beaches, gently waving palm trees, emerald seas, elegant resort hotels, and access to some of the best deep-sea fishing in the Caribbean. Montego Bay is the capital of St. James Parish and the second largest city in Jamaica by area and the fourth by population (after Kingston, Spanish Town and Portmore).
