For example, HAL may elect to include a limitation on the number of referrals you can make. Referrals are subject to verification before a reward is awarded. The Company may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction or referral for any reason. Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. FCCs are not valid on and cannot be applied to the voyage booked in connection with this Program. FCC is a promotional credit and expires two years from its date of issuance. Additionally, the Released Parties shall not be liable to any users for failure to supply any advertised benefit, by reason of any acts of God, any action or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not valid), or any other activity or action that is beyond any of the Released Parties’ control. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $50. It is bounded on the North by the Municipality of San Vicente and Roxas and on the South by the Municipality of Aborlan. Its western side faces the South China Sea while in its eastern coast lays the Sulu Sea. Puerto Princesa Attractions Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park - A must-see for first time visitors and tourists in Palawan. The longest and reputedly the most beautiful subterranean river in the world. uerto Princesa Bay Located mideast of the city. Tricycles within the city proper can take visitors to the port of Puerto Princesa where one can have leisurely walks at sunrise and catch a glorious view of the bay, or when going to other destinations within the bay area. The area is a major entry point by water access to the City of Puerto Princesa. It offers first impressions to the traveler. The site is ideal for bay and mangrove cruises. Bayside resorts provide accommodation and dining facilities with a panoramic view of the bay. Others also offer water-based sports activities. The annual celebration of Layagan, a boat sailing contest and festival that commence from San Rafael off Honda Bay culminates at the bay area.
