Attractions

The ever-popular Isle of Capri is just a short distance from Sorrento by jet-foil. It ranks as one of Italy's most beautiful islands and has captured the fancy of visitors for centuries. Linens, crocheted lace, coral jewelry and cameos are favorite buys. But by far the most coveted items are inlaid furniture and similar artistic accessories. The main shopping areas are found along Corso Italia and Via Francesco. Many shops observe a long lunch hour.
